We really enjoyed the lobby. The seating in the lobby are small tables with moveable chairs, but the tables still fit our 4 people breakfast and all the baby mess. High chairs are available as well. Our room also had access to a balcony and it was nice to be able to check the temperature from our room or to lounge outside. The door to the balcony blocked quite a lot of sound, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is right next to a fire station, but the sounds from them didn't disturb our rest (including our toddler's). Around the hotel is the main station, a lot of buses, a lot of convenience stores and malls/shopping areas. Within 20min walking is Ximending and Ningxia night markets (separate directions though), so it was really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered a ride to the hotel on our last day and the staff helping us gave us the information of our driver, made sure to find us when he arrived and even helped us wheel all our luggage down...and we had a lot. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay at Roader's Plus Theme and have recommended this hotel to others considering their trip to Taiwan.

This place is conveniently located at trailer main station and can go to many places right away. The hotel is very neat and the staff were very friendly. The room was nicer and neat. They have free snacks and free food during happy hour the lobby is very cute and family friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location, very accessible to train, bus and airport. Underground mall enters through the front entrance can walk to thr station mall, many food options. The only thing is the toilet layout is a bit weird.

Conveniently located near intersection of 2 metro lines, airport train station and high speed train station makes it a perfect location for all travelers. The room is quite spacious but does not have wardrobe which makes it very inconvenient for guests. Service was great and efficient. They helped you to check in & keep luggage before the room is available so you don’t have to look for lockers at train station, save money and no hustle! Good options of free drinks and snacks.

Holidays at Taipei
The hotel is located right beside an exit to the underground street and linked to Taipei Main Station so it is very convenient. The hotel provides free snacks between 1400 - 1600 every day at the lobby for guests which makes the stay more interesting. I love the nicely decorated hotel lobby, including the tables and chairs. We stayed in a slightly bigger room which I find it very spacious and comfortable. I would stay at the hotel again next time when I visit Taipei.

We booked the room with one double and one twin bed. The double ben is queen size, bigger than I thought. They didn’t show that there’s a patio when I booked. So it’s a pleasant surprise. They should definitely advertise that. The room is super clean and spacious and is thoughtfully designed for space maximization. I love the snacks and drinks option given in the room. The Japanese toilet is another plus for me. The lobby is so kid-friendly. My 6 yo had a lot of fun. They provided free snacks all the time and cooked appetizers between 2-4pm. They are great options too.

Great place for little kids! Staff was polite and service was great. No breakfast available but there is grab and go food cart options in the lobby. Frankly, it is so conveniently located that you can pick up food or have it delivered within minutes.
