Overall it was a good stay, but the lighting was a bit poor because of the dark trims and placement of lights. Also there were no towel hooks or facial tissues.

Everything was fine for me.
The room was clean. There were only two cans of beverage in the fridge, so I can keep my tea or water bottle. This hotel offers guests washing machines and cloth dryer on the second floor by no additional fee! And that washing machine was very useful for me cause I traveled taiwan on summer and my cloths messed up with sweat when I came back to hotel; Also I want to emphasize right front of the hotel there are a Family mart and a Seven eleven store sells snacks! The location of this hotel is a little bit far from metro station for the guest with heavy baggage but bordering with light passage which has few traffics made this hotel calm. I do hope to stay this hotel again when I re-visit Taipei!

A convenient spot and relatively new hotel
The hotel is extremely comfortable. It has numerous cafes and eateries around it. The mrt station is also nearby. The breakfast is basic, it would benefit from more variety and freshly cut fruits. Nonetheless the staff are very friendly.

Very convenient and close to MRT, shops like 7/11 and bigger malls. Quick and easy check in and check out. You can leave luggage in case of early check in or if you flight late, after check out. Staff are very friendly, would stay there again.

The Elite room with Queen bed was super comfortable. The shower pressure is very good and happy that there is a Toto Washlet. The icing on the cake is a nanobubble bath that leaves your skin feeling supple and clean. I stayed at 3003 and had zero noise issue when I went to bed at 10pm, either from neighbours or the street.
