This hotel was very clean, had great service and delicious food. It was walkable to nearby shops, train station and restaurants. The staff was amazing and multilingual. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Taiwan.

Bad attitude receptionist
Lady receptionist, a more senior lady was very rude when we she received us. When we checked with her whether can we asked for check out extension and she replied rudely ' can! 500TN$ per hour!'.Never come across such a rude customer service staff in a hotel!!! Spoiled our mood totally.

A hotel which tries to justify its star rating and cost by offering top range facility like a jacuzzi bathtub. but the usage was inconvenience instead like water splashing out and wetting the floor causing risk. Rooms are mostly facing the main road which is noisy especially in the morning traffic. The excellent staff service and attitude made up for all the deficiencies though

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Room was clean and spacious.Breakfast buffet was ok, more Asian dishes than American dishes which we liked. Hotel was close to nice restaurants with good food, and in walking distance to Taipei Main Station for MRT.

とても良いホテルです。
台北に出張で行く時はいつも利用させて頂いてます。 立地が良く、どこに行くのにも便利です。 スタッフの方も丁寧で日本語ができる方もいてとても安心できます。 （英語ももちろん通じます） 部屋も広くて綺麗で特にバスタブがあるのが嬉しいです。 強いて言うならプールなどは無いのでリゾート感はあまり無いかと思います。 また出張に行く際は利用させて頂きます。

Great Hotel for couples
Good hotel, excellent location, nice room with good amenties. We cannot find the heating as it seems the hotel only have air condition. They also provide a very eco friendly slippers but you can only wear it one day because it is very thin. Other than the two above mention points, we love the hotel.
