Seriously amazing! The room is stylish and spacious. It was so comfortable and a nice change of pace from all the tiny hotel rooms we’d been squeezing into during our trip. The bed was amazingly comfortable. It was also very clean which i was grateful for! The breakfast is pretty nice too. A little fancy for me lol but it was tasty. Definitely recommend you stay here! :)

Beautiful hotel accommodation. We stayed in around family triple room which had bonus access to the lounge area on level 8. We would highly recommend and would stay again. Lovely friendly staff as well.

The location was great, and the hotel was very comfortable to stay. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. We needed to leave early in the morning, so we canceled our breakfast the day before. They did not have any problem to give us refund back for the meal. We loved that flexibility and appreciated.

The staff is second to none ( ie: they are incredibly warm and courteous. I honestly felt like I was visiting with family, but in a good way.). So why not a perfect score ? I honestly didnt appreciate the somewhat harsh reception of the bartender. He needs to brush up on tone ( when speaking ) and possibly explore his attirudes on xenophobia. Hia entire demeanor really ruined a food expefience for us. While clearly young, he really lacked guile and personality overall. Nonetheless, the property boasts a decdnt location ( close to station and decent ' one shot' walk to to the morning marker ). I appreciated the free lockers for guests, the washing machines and once again, the front desk staff is INCREDIBLE. Lastly, as a Westerner, the bed was hard as a rock. I know this is common here, but it was uncomfortable nonetheless.

Very convenient to train and bus station. Convenient to shopping. Very efficient in check-in and all services. Western stule food and, particularly, vegetarian options sre very limited. Private onsen is very niche ce.

You definitely can walk to this hotel from the station. I arrived this property little after 2:00 pm, they made me wait till 3:00pm to check in. Breakfast wasn’t impressive since I knew the other hotel in this area serves more variety of food in buffet style. They served fixed box bento. Maybe I was expecting more since paying more compared to the others.

Hotel is very nice, but breakfast system is terrible!!! No first-come, first-serve system. Instead, you have to choose your breakfast time, but if you arrive late to the hotel, all early breakfast are already taken, so you are left only with a too late breakfast! Unfair and not good.

The hotel is good and up to date. The bed was good. Staff are very friendly and try very hard but had limited English which made some dealings a bit frustrating. The restaurant/bar was another story - the food was not good, (we only gave it one chance) and everyone has to pay a 500 yen cover charge even to have a drink at another time which wasn’t communicated to us prior. The maître de was unfriendly.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and very convenient as we could walk less than five minutes from the train station. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside and the huge bonus is that they also have a onsen which was welcoming at the end of each day. Breakfast was delicious and you could rent a motorized assisted bicycle for ¥500 for an hour or ¥1000 for three hours… it was amazing to do this and explore the city on the bikes. A big thank you to all the staff.
