The comforter blanket on top was not washed and the cushions on the bed had stains on them, the floor felt sticky. We had to remove the comforter as it smelled awful and had to use the spare blankets provided which were 2 single size blankets for a double/queen bed. It was not possible to get a replacement blanket as there was no reception, check in is done over the phone, there’s no staff in attendance. We had a hot tub in the room but didn’t use it due to fear of hygiene issues based on the blankets and floor. The room was small but big enough for a night or two. The location is convenient and rverything is within walking distance. Convenient basic budget accommodation.

It was lovely and clean. I could do with somewhere to hang clothes and some to to put makeup and toiletries as you are trying to put makeup and do hair. Also lighting very poor but lovely clean accomodation

The property is centrally located. The front access needs repairs there is a loose power box that needs fixing up on the driveway. There is a spa in the main part of the room that also has the only shower over it. Getting in and out can be dangerous as it is very high without steps in. access is difficult for older patrons.
