the property was clean but everything was for purchase. I would say in mount abu there are not too many options when it comes to hotel. i would say that the room was clean, open, it was certainly overpriced. the travel services from the hotel including the taxi service was very overpriced.

Very unprofessional staff. Totally not worth the price . Upon checking in I was told nothing is included and then on check out I was charged for food that I never received. Bathrooms are not clean and loss of electricity every 2 hours Pool had no water either .

Place was close to nakki lake market. Room was very clean and spacious. We would stay here in future

Pros: It is a nice property, rooms are good. Staff is courteous. Food is really nice and serving is quick. Cons: It is far from mount abu tourist spots. Bathroom are not good, clothes hangers were not reachable for average height people. Flush was not smooth. Customer need to ask bathroom accessories separately, hotel does not provide it by default.
