This is a small enclave of townhomes near FSU but a quick shot to N. Monroe too. Established, well maintained, quiet upper classmen and owners.

Getting Around:

There is a community Pool and Tennis Court-Also the dumpster is located on your right as you exit San Luis to White Drive.

Great Time!
This is the perfect place to stay in Tallahassee. It is in a central location, close to FSU, downtown, nightlife and shopping. The place is very clean, roomie and very comfortable. The property is exactly what the pictures show. Huge couch will hold 6-8 people. This is a great location for anything close to FSU. We would definitely stay again!!
