At the sea, 28m² apartment + a 9m² terrace equipped with a garden furniture / parasols, facing south, for 4/5 people, in the holiday village of BOURGENAY-TALMONT ST HILAIRE, with a very nice view over golf, lake and forest, surrounded by gardens, in the heart of a green and wooded park of 90 hectares. On the 2nd and last floor.

The apartment consists of:
* 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 beds) and cupboards,
* Corridor with wardrobe (vacuum cleaner, drying rack, parasols, duvets, pillows ...),
* Bathroom with bath,
* Separate toilet,
* Kitchen open to living room:
* 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave / grill combination, 1 Senséo and 1 traditional coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and utensils.
* Living room: 1 sofa with 1 pull-out bed (sleeps 2) + 1 sofa (sleeps 1),
* 1 HD TV,

Free collective car parks at the foot of the residence. The Holiday Village is pedestrianized. Bicycle racks are available in front of the buildings.

In front of the apartment, crossing the pine forest (500m), you have access to the path along the sea. You can reach the Marina. The beautiful Veillon beach is 1.5 km away, accessible on foot by the footpath along the coast, by bicycle (cycle paths), in July and August, with a free shuttle "la Talmondaise", by car. The beach and its dunes benefit from an exceptional natural setting. Surf and kite surf schools.

The environment of the apartment is very quiet, ideally located in the golf village of BOURGENAY, 300 m walk from the center of the Village and shops, restaurants, laundromat, convenience store, bakery.

In season, many activities are offered in the Holiday Village, fireworks, markets, dance evenings, ...
You can benefit from P&V services from the beginning of April to the end of September. Some are chargeable: heated aquatic area: 3 swimming pools, 1 paddling pool and 1 pool 3 slides (reduct possible, consult me), children's club, tennis, mini-golf, motor boats, pedal boats sailing on the central lake, bicycle rental, mini -closes… All year round, 2 golf courses: 1 18-hole Bluegreen golf course and driving range and 1 Pitch & Putt.

You are 10 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne, the starting town of the Vendée Globe, 10 minutes from the Château de Talmont (medieval shows and entertainment for children), 1 hour and 15 minutes from Puy du Fou, 10 minutes from Aqualonne-heated indoor swimming pool with water slides , next to the Vendée aquarium, next to the Payré estuary, next to the Viviers de la Mine (seafood), 10 minutes from the Guittière oyster park, 10 minutes from the Sables d'Olonne zoo , 5 min from the castle of adventurers in Avrillé (enigma-pirate and dinosaur parks), 15 min from the large o'gliss park aquatic complex, 15 min from the Indian forest tree-top adventure park, 1 hour from La Rochelle, 1 hour 45 minutes from Île de Noimoutier, day trips to Ile d'Yeu from the port of Bourgenay, pier la venise verte (in the heart of the Poitevin marsh), 2 Casinos in Les Sables, Thalgo Thalasso in Port Bourgenay, ...

Séjour d'1 semaine en fin d'été dans ce 2 pièces refait à neuf, à la déco simple mais moderne et élégante. Équipement très complet, parfait pour 2 à 3 personnes. Calme total et plaisir d'observer les golfeurs ...et les ragondins sortant de l'étang au petit matin. Propriétaire et gérants charmants et à l'écoute. Je recommande cet appartement même s'il est un peu éloigné du bord de mer, environ 20 mn à pied
