I would give the property a complete 5 star if the bathrooms didn’t have the big water bug beetles in it. I was scared.

J'étais réticence au vu des avis, mais j'ai réservé et j'etais agréablement surprise. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et assez varié. Le personnel est fort sympathique et à l'écoute. La piscine a été un plus pendant notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Very difficult to find our room in the dark. There were no directional signs on the building to indicate where our room number was. I had to use my phone flashlight to see the number in the door. Our door key stopped working the next morning. Maintenance had to come let us back in. The breakfast choices were poor and limited. There was no coffee available. Night time front desk staff was wonderful

Stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedrooms suite. First thing when entered: the moldy smell, remember me of an very old empty house; both air-conditions was so loud (1 for the master bed and 1 for upstairs bed) had to turn them of to sleep. Hotel offer breakfast and happy hours snacks.

I asked for a tub and the first room didn't have 1 and there was a huge bug in there they switched me to another room that had a tub but was dirty and I spent the night stepping on roaches, there was also a really bad smell in there. Other than that the staff was extremely friendly and nice

Great place to stay. Only thing negative Id say is the shower wasn't hot. Last day there I saw a small roach on the bathroom wall. But literally everything else was great. Room was clean, many amenities, easy to get in and out of, free breakfast, has a good view of the water. Would recommend.

Oasis near Tampa Airport
Fabulous location just 8 minutes from the airport yet you feel worlds away. While the suite facilities are a bit long-in-the tooth,the location is superb on an island with a lake, park and trail for walking, nearby restaurants, free parking and lovely watery views at the edge of the property. The suite wasn't updated but it had everything necessary for an overnight stay before a flight. I'd stay hereof flying from Tampa again.

Chase Hotel is a wonderful location from downtown Tampa but the hotel is very dated. I've stayed there several time's from 2017 to August 29, 2024 and the hotel is the same. Very dated, door with large gaps and not feeling to safe. Breakfast was not very appealing and coffee was terrible. The tub felt were thin when taking a shower. The iron leaked water on my clothes because it's old.
