Hotel was basic, but convenient as close to the airport. We stayed there one night following a long flight into Tampa. Room was fine, clean and had what we expected. However, the main issue here was the breakfast which we'd got as part of our stay. Just one or two options, a broken toaster and no milk. When I asked the staff if they could get milk for the cereal, I just got a shrug. Oh my.

While travelling to Tampa we stayed in 4 different hotels over our travels and this one was easily the best. It was clean and up to date, had an excellent breakfast, helpful staff, and was walking distance to great restaurants. My only complaint about it was the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle itself was very quick, but getting in contact with the hotel to have it sent to us took forever. We were on hold for 40 minutes. I had contacted the hotel ahead of time to ask how to schedule/arrange for the shuttle for when we arrived and they had told us to call the hotel so we were very disappointed to have to wait that long with 2 toddlers after flying literally all day and arriving at 10 pm. Other than that, our stay was amazing!

Great hotel in a great location right near the airport and Westshore Plaza. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming to us and our infant. Room was large. Parking was convenient.
