We were only there for 5 hours ( checked in at 11pm and left at 4am). Super clean, safe, very comfortable bed too! Airport shuttle didn’t start until 5am which we didn’t like as we had a 625am flight . Wished we knew that in advance . Other than that - perfect property

Property overall decent, older facility with renovations. Only bad thing is elevator service lack luster. Had to wait extended periods to go Up... ended up walking Down 8 floors of stairs twice on our stay. Then you exit to the pool area and have to reenter the building. Waited over 10 minutes each time for elevator arrival on floor. Nothing ... pretty sad considering there are 3 elevators. Lobby attendant was not concerned with the issue, as if they know but not relevant.

It was nice to have a shuttle going to the airport, but it would be even better if there was also a port shuttle! Overall I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here, close to the airport. Only downfall was parking, it doesn’t state that you have to use a 3rd party to reserve parking- therefore when we arrived there was no parking available at the hotel for extended parking. So the next convenient thing was parking at the airport, which was much more expensive. The staff was super accommodating since we arrived late. Overall clean and we will be back if we fly out of Tampa again.

I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was in close proximity to the airport, eating establishments and the stadium. I also enjoyed the available transportation. was somewhat disappointed in having to contact the hotel several times for initial pick up from the airport and that there was only one working elevator upon arrival (repaired on day two). The staff made up for any inconveniences encountered

It was a mall right in front of a mall and there was plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and front desk staff were very polite and friendly.
