Old & in needed of major repairs, but nice staff. As soon as we got to our room, the floor was flooded and water was dripping from the ceiling by the bathroom. They moved us rooms and the tv remote didn’t work in that one. They said they’d send someone up “shortly” to fix it, two hours later I went downstairs to check if we could get a new remote. We chose this hotel mainly for the airport shuttle. After waiting 40 mins outside after being told the shuttle will be here in “5 more minutes”, we ended up getting an Uber. The color of the pool is a bright unnatural hazy green color, so we didn’t use that either. Overall, the staff was super nice and tried to be as helpful as possible, but the place needs a total reno before we’d ever stay there again.

Our bartender was awesome, but the overall atmosphere wasn’t that great, the siding doors squeaked as you walked in all it needed with some WD-40 and broken fixtures like the toilet paper holder in our room just seemed cheap and there was no complementary coffee or anything they were even out of things that you could buy for necessities. The shuttle service was great and that was probably the best thing about the stay. Also, no receipt was emailed and I believe I was overcharged.

I loved my stay at Hilton. The bed was amazing and I slept like a baby, my back was very pleased. The staff was helpful courteous and professional. I loved my entire stay. The fitness center was mediocre,but helped me maintain my fitness goals. Thanks to everyone for an awesome stay . ❤️

Nice hotel.
The staff at the hotel were very accommodating when we arrived before check--in by storing our luggage for us while we went out to lunch. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is small and oddly situated, but functional. We had dinner at the on-site restaurant, the menu is not very extensive and the food was okay, but not great. Breakfast the next morning was very good and filling. My complaint is about the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. We waited about 45 minutes from getting through to the hotel until the RUDE driver finally showed up. We told them that we had 6 adults and 9 pieces of luggage and they said no problem. As soon as the driver showed up he started complaining that he couldn't fit the luggage in his shuttle. We tried to explain that he could arrange them differently that what he was doing and they'd fit and he told me to not argue with him.
