The staff sent us to a room that was occupied. So we had to go downstairs for them to figure out an unoccupied room. We were in a time crunch to see a show at the arena. Not being familiar with the area we were uneasy trying to locate the facility and parking. The room is spacious and clean. No complaints there

Great hotel downtown Tampa
This is a great hotel in a nice location downtown. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars, and generally had a very nice time. The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was great. Breakfast was included, which was also very nice.
