Upon checking in an unexpected $13 fee for parking is mandatory (outside regular parking at a roadside hotel) and not paid to hotel but annoyingly to a site that the visitor has to access on your phone. Expedia did not mention that this hotel is under heavy construction with only 1 very slow elevator for 5 floors- very unsafe. Another elevator broken. Stopped at a CVS next door in the evening and a fight was going on in the parking lot- very unsafe area. This was a terrible experience and bathroom and halls dirty/ moldy also. What a mess. Won’t stay at Hyatts any longer if they are charging for parking in roadside motels- this is NO resort. And Expedia not upfront with construction issues and parking fees also

Noisy, messy. Construction in hotel started at 8am when most people are still sleeping. Also, charging $12 per day for parking when you offer no security or any responsibility if your car is broken into doesn’t make sense.

Thermostats don't allow you to cool your room.
The hotel was fine, pretty unremarkable. The pool had quite a bit of black mold and needed to be cleaned. My room was fine, but they had one of the "smart" thermostats, that doesn't allow you to adjust the temperature. My night's sleep was very uncomfortable because of how hot it was, and the thermostat did not allow me to adjust the temperature.
