Horrible Customer Service
Hello,
I checked in around 4pm, was given a room on the 2nd floor 203. The room was 80 degrees and I called the front desk. They said they would send maintenance up. Waited 20 mins still no maintenance so I called back to be switched to another room only to be told “we don’t have any rooms left and we’re full”. I told the young lady that it’s now 81 degrees and it’s too hot. Maintenance came an additional 5 minutes later, called the lady and told her in the AC was broke. She then told me she would move my room after just telling me the hotel was sold out. I’m very disappointed in my stay and treatment. I think customer service is critical in roles like the front desk reception. I was late to my event due to initially not being moved in the original request.
