Staying at the hotel was a terrible experience, dirty pillows after removing the cover. The whole property was dirty and unsafe. The customer service was not ok. You make me feel unwelcome. I thought the LA QUINTA properties were the same everywhere.

Customer Service while checking in and checking out. Customer Service attendant during breakfast was also exceptional. Since we arrived it was terrible, the room smelled too much of cigarettes, they say it is for 5 people and the room is too small. They only put 2 towels and there were 5 of us, we went to ask at reception and the lady who works at night is too rude, she told us that there were no towels??? We asked for a blanket and they didn't have one either, as it is for 5 people and everything in the room is as if they were for 2 people, for some reason they ask how many people enter the room, so that they take into account what is needed, they don't clean the room either, we We were left without toilet paper, there is no phone to call the reception and we had to go to the reception to ask for everything, in addition to that the bathtub was covered, poorly maintained, it looked old and was cracked. The pool towels were torn, we definitely had a bad experience, given that I went with my family to rest not to be uncomfortable. I won't stay there again

Never again, This time, saving money wasn’t worth
The humidity in the room was so high, no matter how much I turned the AC down. While sleeping, it just felt like musty, breathing in the humid air. I now have no shadow of doubt there’s probably tons of mold in that room we were placed in, due to the humidity in Florida’s heat. Oh, and there were bugs slipping through the cracks of the door all night long, Must’ve killed about five or six
