AC was making noise in the first room. Got moved to a second room on the noisy street. No hot water in the whole hotel, no network connection on tv, and heater for ac doesnt work. The Staff then disconnected my phone line so I couldn’t call again.

We loved our stay there. Beautiful pool area, lobby spacious, clean and bright, staff very friendly, room was wonderful and had a separate studio room with kitchen facilities. We would definitely stay there again.

Good location...
Good size rooms. The hotel has a very nice pool and outdoor area is you need a day off from your holiday! Good location for Busch Gardens. Breakfast, whilst free, was a little bit disappointing.

Great place for a family stay
We booked a few days to do some fun things with our young kids in Tampa - one of those things being Busch Gardens. The hotel is literally minutes from the theme park (you can actually see some of the roller coasters from the property), it has an awesome courtyard & pool area with swings, giant chess board & Cornhole, & it was super clean! We stayed in a king suite with a balcony that looked out to the parking lot. The room was clean, both the king bed & sofa bed were comfortable, & plenty of towels & toiletries were provided. Breakfast was included - sausage, bacon, eggs, toast, oatmeal, fresh fruits, cereal, bagels. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for a family. The stuff at the hotel alone could keep children busy, so I was definitely pleased with our stay.

The room was comfortable. However, the music they play in the pool area was on all night and you could hear it in the room. Also the light from the balcony was very bright and illuminated the room. I like quiet dark rooms to sleep, this was not it.

Are stay was good over all, the room was super clean properties amenities were noce, property over all was nice we didnt stay much at the hotel as we were in soccer tournanents most the whole time, the only complaint i had was our neighbors at 2 am but not the hotels fault and the lights on the balcony on all the time i kept waking up thinking it was morning, other than that a great stay, staff was friendy and again our room was super clean and they provided dove soaps to wash not the cheap hotel kind and maxwell coffee in the kitchen. It was a pleasant stay over all.

A/C when it’s on the room is cold, when it turns it’s gets hot in the room. Also light shining in through the side of the drapes. The Restaurant in the garden was not opened. Overall I give the place an Excellent Rating.
