outside painted chipped; sidewalk concrete broken up and crumbled; litter everywhere; cigarette butts all over, broken glass in places and unfortunately, you can't see all this from the office when you check in....so you don't know it until after you've paid. I felt scared to be alone

Prostitutes everywhere. People on drugs walking around harassing people. Limited resources. Roaches everywhere. Even crawled on me while I was sleep . Half the lights didn’t work.

Great staff. Terrible facility. Noisy, illicit activity, tv stolen from 1st room that I was in, ceiling collapse in 2nd room that they tried to put me in and tv didn't work in the 3rd room that I ultimately slept in for 4 1/2 hours and then left.

This property really should be shutdown. Roaches, smelled like cigarettes. Prostitution and drug dealing looked to be right outside. Didn’t sleep. Just had no other option due to hurricane.

When I open the room. There was no electricity. Went to the office, to complain. I was given another room. The only light was a lamp. A.C. , didn’t work. Room was filthy. Slep all night with no AC.

We did not end up staying here. I’m waiting for my refund. The room was filthy, there was trash everywhere outside, and we did not feel safe here at all. I’m amazed that you would suggest this place to anyone.
