The room was good for the price. The location was amazing. It was clean and comfortable for the one night that we needed it. It was a true 3 star hotel, but the staff members were nice and we did not experience any issues.

Everything was perfect it was a unbeatable price ,, the room was very clean , bed was super comfortable, shower was very clean ,huge bathtubs that coves everything all at once whice is rare . Very roomy with lots of storage and space , and very updated decor, also a full kitchen, 10 out of 10 experience!!

I’m on vacation, I reserved a room at 1pm and when I’m ready to go to hotel it is 1:30am and they tell me I am not in the system even though I have a reservation number and confirmation and all the rooms are sold out and they could not help me.

The room was decent in size, the bed wasn’t what i expected the bed frames were squeaky, the room could use a update… it was within walking distance to shopping/dinning…my stay was okay it served it’s purpose for what I needed but I will not visit again…

The room smelled horrendeous. I was given a bottle of odor spray but it didnt fix the issue. Claudia Morales (receptionist) was notified and asked to switch my rooms. I hadnt slept in 3 days as my mom had a massive heart attack. I just asked to be accomodated and she had a horrible attitude between her eye rolls and shoulder shrugs. She suggested I check out (at practically midnight) instead of just changing my room. I offered to pay a difference in upcharge and she told me i had to pay for the an additional room when it wasnt my fault. The entire floor smelled of marijuana as well. Upon speaking with manager Maila following morning she confirmed there were plenty of rooms available and it just reflected Claudia's lack of work ethic, professionalism and customer service. It was an extremely disappointing and unfair experience.

Shower had no pressure rust in bathroom floor was never mopped. Musty smell had to buy air freshener. Wanted to charge me 300 to use conference room when no one was in it. Loud residents the list can go on. I read reviews before booking and let’s just say these are not real customer reviews
