Douglas was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in. Property managers were also friendly. Was surprised at the condition of the unit based on the photos though. Could’ve used some renos with marks on walls, discoloured grout, bedroom door with a rip, worn living room cushions, iron with burnt residue that transferred to our clothes, and loft bed’s floor boards were straining when you step on them. Not sure what the “thematic” part of the title is though, as there were no themes. Having said that, those were acceptable despite the initial surprise. But the bathrooms were unclean so informed Douglas, and he sent someone to clean them right away. There weren’t paper towels or tissues so make sure to bring them. We asked for hand soap which they provided. There were dish soap and body wash. Other amenities included wifi, parking and hot/cold water dispenser.
