The house is located a few meters from the main road. The neighborhood is really rich in many tourist attractions. It is possible to swim in the nearby bay of Mazzarò without having to take the car and enjoy the gondola, a few hundred meters from the house, which leads directly to the most beautiful beach, in front of Isola Bella.

The house is located about 500 meters from the bus terminal to and from the airport of Catania and near the tourist bus stops to visit Sicily. Public and private parking can be reached on foot.
