We had an ADA room. My wife was on cruthes with a broken ankle. Our room was on the third floor and at the very end of the hallway. The bathroom toilet area had no grab bars and the shower has no seating and only one grab bar no slip resistance flooring.

Lots of air conditioning problems. Many people in my party, different reservations, had to switch our rooms. I, personally, had issues with my doors being stuck once closed. It was hard to get in and out of each room I had. Overall, Aldeno was great!!!!!
Hotels need to do 24hr stays check outs and the times u check in ….. otherwise u don’t get the 24hr experience …. For example if u check in at 2AM and gotta check out at 11AM that makes no sense and it’s not fair …. That should be an all around hotel change….
I enjoyed the convenience of the location and the friendliness of the staff.

Place needs someone who is proactive to take better care of it. Back door exterior key lock didn't work, outside plants were mostly dead..needs more garage bins outside...some of the desk staff was nice and helpful, some had a less than stellar customer service attitude.
Beds were great however and the a/c worked well.
