From one of the entrances on the main floor, one enters a spacious hall that leads to a large living-dining room, characterized by its large windows and an imposing fireplace. The dining room connects directly to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a laundry room and pantry. On this floor, you will also find a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, as well as a toilet under the staircase.
