We asked not to have housekeeping service during our stay. Our direction was not followed. To top it off, our room was cleaned before checking out to find out our coats on the cleaner’s pushcart. On a positive note, the staff at the restaurant was attentive and friendly.

The property is in a nice location and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and had a good selection. The only problem we had was with the bathroom. A dirty washcloth was in the shower and hair was all on bathroom floor next to the sink. The floor really needed to be swept and mopped. The bathroom was the only area lacking.

Amazing stay
I love the new renovated hotel the lobby is beautiful the rooms are much bigger and my stay was flawless. I also love they have food for the guess like little snacks as a welcome courtesy.

The center atrium is incredibly noisy if there is an event taking place and many rooms face that space. That and the lack of walkability in the area are my 2 negatives. Otherwise it was fine but maybe a bit pricey for what it is.
