This is not a boutique hotel. It is an apartment complex with rooms. The rooms are all clean, no elevator just in case your on the fourth floor. Simple, you get a room with bed, clean bathroom, tv and a little fridge plus air conditioner. The breakfast is not appealing at all, needs major improvement. I stayed here for about 4 days and then travelled to another Uzbek city and returned back to Tashkent and this hotel around 10pm. The staff says they have no room on top of me confirming my hotel reservation the night before. Typical Uzbek response is they don’t know what to do. I told the guy to go to the hotels near by and ask them if they have rooms available. The staff guy runs out and comes back 10 minutes later saying he has a room at the Leader Hotel, right across the street. Now that place was double in price but well worth it for the cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms and breakfast. The staff did resolve my issue but should not have gone through the change of hotel process. Also, the photos and description should state it is a building with small apartments not a boutique hotel.
