Location, space, lake views - Kurupae House has it all and more! This inviting home is only 3 minutes drive to the bustling town centre and only 500 metres to the lake.

The upstairs level of the home enjoys stunning views of the lake. The large outdoor entertaining area of this home overlooks the extensive private garden - the perfect spot to fire up the BBQ and relax in good company.

There are two levels of the home - each level has it's own living area. Perfect for two families.
The master bedroom and main living area both have been positioned to capture beautiful lake views.
Boasting plenty of room for a large family/group of up to 11 guests. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living areas spread across 2 levels. Upstairs you will find the main living, kitchen, dining, plus 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downstairs features 2 bedrooms, second living area with projector screen, and another bathroom.
Bedding configuration is: 1x Super King, 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x Double, 1x Queen Sofa-bed in theatre/media room, 1x Single fold-out stretcher bed.
Underfloor heating will keep you warm throughout Taupos coldest months.
This property is strictly not suitable for parties, events or loud groups. No pets allowed. This is a non-smoking property.
Nightly rate includes linen and exit clean. The house must be left tidy. All dishes must be washed, dried and put away before your departure. All rubbish must be neatly bagged.

Perfect Stay and Location for my family of 6
Home is as seen in advert. Spacious living with a 3, 5 and 15 year old twins. Location was absolutely perfect and easy to find. Beautiful views from out the bedroom and lounge windows. Had a bbq for our xmas lunch.Our children absolutely loved their stay aswell as myself and husband. Thank you so much for our stay. We will definitely be back when we come back. I have found our home away from home holiday stay for my family. Thank you

Beautiful place to be
We were pleasantly surprised to arrive after dark to lights on and a beautiful and warm home. We were able to appreciate the beauty of this home from the moment we arrived, to the time we departed. We felt warmly welcomed and extend absolute gratitude to the home owner and management team for a lovely weekend away with family.
