room to small, some appliances broken, no air conditioning, no crockery or cutlery in the room, bed to small and hard, bathroom extractor fan too noisy, you could hear the apartment above noises all night. all told no place I would ever recommend to anyone.

We arranged an upgrade and it was totally worth it. Really nice room, comfortable and clean. We were below the restaurant, so anticipated some noise from above (mainly chairs being moved on a wooden floor) , but it was not too bad and stopped around 9 as advised. Would definitely stay there again

I paid a little extra for a Lakeview room and it was well worth it. Room was spotless, check in staff friendly and the restaurant very good. Best espresso martini I’ve had in a while.

The staff were fab, so nice and friendly, the restaurant was excellent with great service, food and cocktails, very generous starters. The room was spotless and comfortable but it was really hot and only had a ceiling fan that made a noise, so I didn’t sleep well, but apart from that, it was great.
