The hotel was fine (for the price). There was one person on duty the whole 5 days we stayed there, and he let us use their little kitchenette to make our coffee and tea. The airport pick-up cost 35GEL (not 20, as their website said), but they did tell us that when we booked it. We could have come by bus, but the hotel is a 10-min walk (without luggage) up steep, cobbled Tbilisi streets from the bus stop and is not easy to find, so we were glad of the taxi.
They accept foreign credit cards, but the exchange rate is poor plus they charge a fee, so we went to a nearby ATM and paid cash. Unfortunately, we forgot to get a receipt at the time. They ignored our later request for a receipt, as well as the booking agency's request for confirmation of our stay, so we did not receive the reward points. Most annoying.
