A neat and tidy two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located in arguably one of the best positions in Tea Gardens. Walking distance to most of the local attractions including the Myall River, the Tea Gardens hotel, Tea Gardens fish market, takeaway shops, clothing boutiques, restaurants and much more.

The master bedroom features an ensuite (shower/toilet) and access onto the balcony, the perfect spot for a morning coffee soaking up the sunrise or a late evening BBQ with friends and family. Bedroom 2 is located at the rear of the apartment, feature two single beds. The main bathroom offers a shower, toilet, vanity and bathtub.
