Something doesn’t smell right

Checked in online in the Hilton app and said we would arrive at 3pm and chose our room. When we arrived at 2:50pm, we were told the room was not yet ready. Not a big deal. We sat in the lobby thinking it wouldn’t take much longer. An hour later and we still hadn’t heard anything so I went back to the desk. They then told me the room had a bad Odor and gave us the same room on a different floor. Again, not a big deal but I’m beginning to see a trend at this particular hotel. This is the second time they have used this excuse when I have stayed there. My family complained that the bathroom water never seemed to get hot enough in the shower or at the sink. We also thought the room we were in had a weird odor when we entered. As long as we kept the ceiling fan on, it was ok. Also thought the towels had a weird odor and I don’t mean like bleach. We aren’t normally ones to be so picky but there were just too many things off about this stay.

Maintenance the best

All well until full sized refrigerator died. Hotel maintenance provided immediate response for replacement and table repair. I’d definitely stay again. Loved the welcome message displayed on tv when I walked in. Wow

Super Welcoming

There are so many wonderful things to say about this place. It would not even be enough space. Super welcoming staff. They offer events for the kids and the adults alike. The hotel offered happy hour and a hot chocolate bar for the kiddos. Our room was amazing. We received a comp upgrade and it was absolutely stunning. Free coffee and tea all the time, they kept it well stocked. Easy to get around. Comp breakfast was also amazing. Good tasting food. They had social events every night, it was a different theme. There’s so many great things to say about this place.

Will not stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton again!

1st, they hane no parking so they lock your car up in a garage somewhere. You cannot just go to your vehicle if you forgot something, you must order it & wait 20 minutes. Also they took a " refundable " deposit in case we rented movies or destroyed anything, which we did not & we still have not gotten back yet.

We stayed while visiting american dream water park . 8’mins away ! Had two king beds and a sofa bed with extra linen ! They offered free breakfast woke up to late to go but check out at 12 which was nice . Has previously stayed at a other hotel before but this is my go to from now on . Very clean and updated !! Very pleased .

The staff were good and friendly. I appreciate that one of the staff members agreed on checking us an hour early as our trip was very short and needed to get to the broadway show at that day.
