Nice property with lots of issues
Nice property but mgmt failed to meet expectations on this high end apartment. It was advertised with 2 toilets but has only one. Perhaps the add is now updated but we paid for 2 toilets and requested credit for this major inconvenience. We reached out to HolyGuest (mgmt company) multiple times to complain about this major misrepresentation & other issues but they consistently respond by saying they’ll be in touch & then aren’t. Kitchen supplies are sub-optimal. Two teaspoons, 1 dish towel, overly-scratched pans that are unhealthy for cooking, no laundry detergent. Don’t count on making dinner. There’s a risk of slipping in the hallway because the ceiling leaks, leaving water on the black marble floor. They clearly know because the ceiling is patched. There’s only one elevator fob for the whole apartment so guests coming in at different times have to rely on the doorman’s mood. He refused to open the elevator for one of us, resulting in a major inconvenience. The safe room door does not fully close. The thermostat is in the hallway closet so the closet has to stay open to adequately control the temperature, which blocks hallway. They did drop off new pans and wine glasses a day after we complained but continued to ignore our request for compensation re deceptive advertising on the number of toilets. If you want a nice LR/DR/terrace and don’t care about kitchen supplies, a leak, 4 people sharing 1 toilet and minimal responsiveness from HolyGuest, then this might be for you.
