A true mountain escape, Adams Ranch Retreat is a spacious four-bedroom home with three additional living spaces and amazing views in Mountain Village - perfect for groups or large families!
This standalone home is located on Adams Ranch Road in Mountain Village with stunning views of the surrounding vistas from every window. Guests enter the home from the front door off of the private driveway and are welcomed into a vaulted entryway. Up a half flight of stairs is the main living area with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and great views to the north and west. The living room has large comfortable couches, a flatscreen TV, a gas-burning fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a small bar area with glasses. The dining room is adjacent to the living room and has seating for eight at the table with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a five-burner stovetop, double oven, coffeemaker, microwave, and everything needed to cook a meal. A massive deck facing the north and west is located through double doors from the main living space. It has seating and a powder room.
Up a half-flight of stairs is the master suite, complete with a king bed, desk area, large closet, flatscreen TV, double doors leading to a small deck, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity, jetted bathtub, and a step-in shower. Up another half flight of stairs is the open loft that overlooks the living room, which has a desk area, seating, double doors with a small balcony, and a queen foldout couch.
One half-flight of stairs below the main living area are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, two walls of windows with sunset views, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity and a step-in shower with a glass enclosure. The second bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, and access to a hallway bathroom, which has a single sink and a shower/tub combination.
Down another half-flight of stairs is a massive family room with a sectional that folds out to a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, a game table, and access to another large deck through double doors. There is a private hot tub on this deck.
One level lower is an additional bedroom. This room has a king bed, flatscreen TV and great light from two walls of windows. The ensuite bathroom has a small corner sink and a step-in shower with a glass enclosure. A large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and an ice maker is also located on this level, as is access to a grassy outdoor area via a small mudroom.
The lowest level of this home is a great den for kids. This space has a captain's bunk, two twin beds, several bean bags, a flatscreen TV, and plenty of space to roam. These beds are recommended for children only.

- There is a free shuttle that will take you to Mountain Village & Telluride Ski Resort which also has lots of restaurants!
- This home has a sound system on the deck!
- Great hiking trails within driving distance like the Keystone Gorge Loop Trailhead
- Bunk room can sleep multiple children and is set up for gaming.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- There are 2 sleeper sofas in this home for additional sleeping arrangements.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
