Studio with Style-Walk to town, Bike to Wineries

This newly constructed studio suite is located in downtown Templeton, less than a mile from Twin Cities Hospital, and just blocks from Main Street, with its weekly farmers market in the park, wine bars, restaurants and boutiques. Our home features easy freeway access to Hwy 101 (20 minutes to San Luis Obispo, 10 minutes to Paso Robles) and Hwy 46 (20 minutes to the beach). The suite features a private off street parking spot, a private entrance, a king size bed, & a large flat screen TV (streaming services only).
The stylish suite is perfect for weekend guests here for wine tasting or a destination wedding, or professionals here on a work assignment. Guests will enjoy the safe, walkable neighborhood and the clean, spacious en suite bathroom, with an extra large walk in shower, a private water closet, and a dual sink vanity. While this suite does not have a full kitchen, we do have a Keurig coffee maker, a minifridge and a microwave for your use. We also provide wine glasses, and basic kitchen supplies for simple prep and serving of meals. High quality sheets and towels, plus high end shower toiletries are also provided. Guests will have a private deck with sitting area and access to the shared backyard, with chickens and a friendly family dog. Feel free to gather some eggs, or, for the more adventurous, use the outdoor shower- perfect for post surfing sessions at the nearby beach!
This private suite shares a wall with the main house, and we are a friendly family of a mom, a local teacher, and her two busy teens. We give you your privacy but are here if you need us.
NOTE: this is an attached private suite, with a shared wall and locked door to the main house. If you are looking for absolute silence, a fancy, romantic hotel-like experience or anything BUT an affordable, clean place to stay with a nice family next door, please don't book this suite. We are offering an simple, safe, affordable, clean bedroom with a private entrance that is best for one person but is fine for two people.
