You'll have to move faster than a cute dog video goes viral if you want a place to stay near Tempo. There's only 1 hotel within 10 kilometres of the centre, so chop chop!

Never been good with decisions? Don't sweat it. The Derryvree House & Cottage is really the only option if you're set on staying close to the central streets.

More accommodations include the Lough Erne Resort, which is 16 kilometres from the centre, and the Carrybridge Lakeside Lodge, which is 12 kilometres away. If these don't float your boat, we'd recommend you have a look at the Silverbirch Hotel, which is 30 kilometres from all the action.

Looking for things to do? Spend a few hours exploring the Wildlife and Heritage Centre and the Monaghan County Museum. You'll find them in Monaghan, 35 kilometres to the southeast of Tempo. Make your way 65 kilometres north and you'll find yourself in Letterkenny, a regional centre with a population of 17,000. While you're checking out this neck of the woods, work on your tourist game at Letterkenny Town Council Public Services Centre, the Letterkenny Golf Club and Letterkenny Town Park. The Donegal County Museum and Letterkenny Cathedral are a couple more attractions which are sure to offer up some choice photo ops. There's a wide selection of accommodations in Letterkenny, with the Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny and Clanree Hotel coming in at the top of the list.

Unless you're planning to sleep on the floor at Belfast International Airport, it's probably a good idea to book some accommodation before you fly. The Maldron Hotel Belfast Airport is not too far away, or you could always travel into Tempo's centre. It's 85 kilometres away.
