This lovely oceanfront home boasts a stunning and expansive view of Penobscot Bay. There is a half bath downstairs and three bedrooms and a full bathroom (with claw foot tub and separate shower) upstairs. The master bedroom has wonderful views, a full closet and queen bed. The guest room has a double bed, full closet and a water view, and the 'kids' room has two single beds and an amazing birds eye view of the water. This house combines casual elegance with charm for the perfect getaway. The house is pet friendly (great trails for dog walking), though we may require a deposit depending on your dog(s). Fully equip kitchen for those who like cooking. If you prefer to eat out, lots of terrific restaurants in Rockland area (20 mins away).
We have recently built another cottage next door which is often occupied by our family and occasionally rented to family friends. This property has been in my family for generations, we have brought our kids here for holidays and summers, they are growing up and we built the new cottage in anticipation of the next generation!
