Bathroom had hair on the floor, hair on the tub, hair and dirty finger prints on the tub surround, hair on the hair dryer holder, soap running down the soap bottles, fake finger nail on the vanity, sounded like the bearing was going out on the fan. The breakfast was good!!

Good for one night stay
Had a procedure at the hospital which required one night stay. Place was ok for one night. Floor was not vacuumed and place was kinda dirty. Definatelly showing its age. Bathroom fan was in the tub and falling off and bath faucet was leaking. For one night it was fine...but for high prices in Terrace it was too much for what you get. Very limited breakfast too (white spot) you get scrambled eggs, 1 bacon, 1 sausage , toast and coffee or tea. Not terrible but definatelly not huge selection.

Location was great but the building itself needs a lot renovation and cleanliness specially the hallways. I did not like the parking at all. Poor design and not lots of space.
