This BRAND NEW 2024 Loft unit has just come on the market. The property has an unobstructed four peak view of the Tetons & Grand Targhee plus the Big Hole mountains to the south and west.

Enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains while relaxing in this cozy and fully equipped guesthouse with AC!

The charming guesthouse is attached to a home that is also sometimes occupied. As soon as you step inside, you will be in the only shared space, the mudroom. The guesthouse has separate locks.

The 2nd level guesthouse boasts its own washer/dryer, kitchen, designated dining room, living room with a smart TV and Wi-Fi for your entertainment needs. The bedroom features a king sized bed, and there is also a curtained off area with two twin beds for extra sleeping space. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower.

In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a coffee pot, range, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher.

There is a garage to provide shade from the warm Summer days, which is also heated to help keep your car clear of any snow in the Winter months. We want you to hit the slopes for powder days as soon as you can! Garage has a EV Charger Outlet - Guest needs to bring their own EV charger compatible with a NEMA 14-50R, 50Amp EV Outlet.

We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 60 days before check in. If you cancel with 30 days of your check in date, we will charge $100. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you are only eligible to receive your cleaning fee back unless otherwise agreed upon.
