Distributed on one floor with a double bed bedroom, full bathroom (shower), bedroom with two single beds, bathroom (shower), 1 toilet, and bedroom with bunk bed. Very well equipped kitchen, large living room and naya (covered terrace) with barbecue.
A large pool and terrace complement this comfortable and beautiful house. Large fully fenced plot with parking area inside. Pine trees and native vegetation dress the plot.
Air conditioning in the master bedroom, bedroom with two beds and in the living room.

Villa bien situaday con todas las comodidades
Villa bien situada respecto a calas y supermercados. Comoda y espacios amplios. habitación individual reducida, resto todo muy cómodo. Fresca y gran parcela con pinos ideal para dias calurosos.
