Elevator looked like it was about ready to fail - buttons covered in duct tape. Room door didn't close properly. Shower was horribly desined so that you had to be standing in a cold shower to turn on the wster.

I think the breakfast part was not clear to me. Usually breakfast is included for all residents but this one is bistro style to certain number and you need to pay for more, which some people will like, but I prefer more the open buffet one.

We had a great time! The staff was friendly and interacted well not only with us, but with our kids also. They did a very good job of making us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, the facility was clean and everything was neat and in good order. Would stay here again.

Although the staff were friendly, this was not a good visit. The pool was freezing, our toilet was plugged and we had to go buy a plunger because they had no access to one! The tv did not work properly and it was very over priced for the non existence of amenities.

Checking and staff was great. Hotel was under renovation but was still clean and orderly. Had some issues with the deadbolt automatically locking while the door was open. Alao sheets fellt as if they had been starched, would have preferred a bit higher quality.
