Built in the 70's, this spacious farmhouse will sure to bring you joy and relaxation. This 3 bedroom 2 full bath home sits on 12 acres with 7-acre lake for guests to enjoy. Guests are welcome to fish (catch and release please) and have full walking access around the entire lake. Relax on the back-covered patio and enjoy the view of the lake. Feel free to pick pecans from the many pecan trees located on the property. Please note that this property is close to the interstate thus resulting in traffic noise. Also, No cable TV in the home. Smart TVs are located in the living room and game room.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Great Stay!
We choose this home to host our family Christmas this year. A majority of the family lives in the area and this was a great central point for everyone as it is right off of the interstate. The home has a large font yard and a nice lake in the back. You can watch cows grazing from most windows which was great as well. The home is clean and very well decorated. We spent a lot of time in the game room shooting pool. The kitchen had the needed tools for cooking and a grill outside. Lots of furniture was outside for hanging out as well. The beds were very comfortable for a great nights sleep. We needed to reach out to the owner and she responded immediately and ensured everything was taken care of. The communication was perfect and we appreciated the very fast response. I highly recommend this home for your next stay in Texarkana!

Great house on a beautiful lake.
Everything was great except for the proximity of the house to the interstate. There was no way to enjoy the serenity of the lake due to the constant road noise.

Bowling tournament getaway
Absolutely loved this place. Had a 2 day bowling tournament in Texarkana. This house was perfect for us. Caught quite a few bass. Had a wonderful time. Will definitely be back.

Great Place to Stay
The Pecan Lake house was a dream!! Being in a Texarkana for a week long cattle show, the property was a fantastic place to relax after a long and hot day. The owners thought of everything you may need to have a stress free time all while enjoying the private lake behind the house. I will definitely try to book again if I find myself staying in the area.

Cozy house with a Chip and Joanna Gaines decor
We have been coming to this property every Christmas season for years. This year we had new property owners who were every bit and more gracious and helpful than the previous owners. The house was decorated in festive tones, but also there is the everyday decor the shone through. I don't know where they got all the neat stuff but it made the house more inviting. We walked around the lake/pond several times, didn't use the available row/john boat but it was there for our uses. Didn't catch any fish but that wasn't anyones fault but my own, Thank you for sharing your house.

My husband and I met my sister and brother in law here for a short getaway. This property was perfect for our needs. It was far enough away from Texarkana that we had privacy but close enough that we were able to make a quick trip for supplies. The kitchen lacked nothing we needed for cooking, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the pool table was a bonus! We had trouble with the tv but Karen and her husband came right over and got it fixed. We will definitely stay at Pecan Lake again!

Great family get away
We were able to hit a couple of the local breweries which were amazing. We also made friends with the little cat that comes around. She was there to greet us every morning before fishing. <3. We also got to meet one of the neighbors cows. She came over the fence for a visit and to make sure everything was ok. Hahaha!

Great lake view inside and out. We enjoyed watching the geese and cranes on the lake. Teaching my niece to play pool. Walking around the lake and fishing from the bank. Great sunset view and pictures. Nice place to just slow down and relax from our busy schedules.
