Beware - difficult road ahead

Upon arriving for a 3pm check in we were told that the room was not ready. At 3;50pm after approaching the desk twice finally the room was available. I was the host of a major conference being held in Canberra and on our website had suggested the Vibe as a accomodation option. Sadly I now regret that decision and will not be doing this in 2026. Courtney at the desk done her best but the system was in chaos. We were provided with a free drink at the bar (Tea/Coffee) which was disappointing considering I have been a customer at the Vibe since 2019. Overall it seemed to me and other guests of our conference that management was poor and untrustworthy for future events. If you are planning on booking here be careful not to let it reflect your organisation as it did mine.

Stayed at the Vibe due to an early morning flight so a very convenient location to access the airport. The staff were extremely friendly especially check in/out process which was super quick by both attendants. Would definitely stay again at this motel.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. I would definitely stay here again!
