I have stayed here before and like the breakfast menu and location. Staff in breakfast area are super friendly and efficient. I wish the rooms would be cleaned quicker after you go out. In room safes would be a good addition.

Room clean, bathroom clean, staff welcoming and helpful, location excellent. Breakfast acceptable considering included. Shower water pressure somewhat low - don't know if it saves water as you just end up having to stay in it longer. HVAC seemed a bit uncontrolled despite settings. Don't like glass bathroom doors even though frosted - make sure you are comfortable with anyone else you might be sharing room with :-). Would be happy to stay there again at same pricing conditions. Might benefit from updating sockets to include USB chargers.

Room was quite big, with a double bed and desk. Everything works, and it was spotless. Nice and quiet. They even let me check in at 1:30. Breakfast was sufficient - not "wow" but not "Oh My God", either.

The room was clean; and the location was absolutely magic--right at the center of town, with easy access to museums, shops, cafes, etc. One thing that was missing was sufficient cupboard space in the room for one's clothing.

A magnificent stay.

From the amazingly fast check in to the superb breakfast, the friendliest and most helpful staff you can imagine and the vouchers for free drinks if you don’t have your room serviced every day, this hotel exceeded our best expectations. The only complaint we had, was the noise at night till the early hours of the morning, for which we cannot hold the hotel responsible. The hotel was excellently situated - smack in the middle of the old town: about 60 metres from Mauritshuis and 70 metres from the Visvijfer.
