In Theix (Noyalo), we offer you this magnificent longère with a view over the entrance to the gulf, not overlooked, with a heated swimming pool (from April 28 to September 30), with a surface area of 350 m² and able to accommodate up to 14 travelers. It features an attractive 60 m² living room (with fireplace), fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 4,000 m² garden.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 60 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Six bedrooms with 5 queen-size beds (160×200), 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed
- Four bathrooms with shower and bath
- Three separate WCs
For added convenience: pellet barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:

Superbe lieu mal géré
Superbe maison, très attachante, très bien située, mais hélas, mal gérée. Agence Cocoonr n'assume pas les déceptions rencontrées lors de notre séjour. Piscine impraticable sur la moitié de la semaine. Ménage douteux, tous les carreaux très sales. Pour la télé, pas d'explications, nous ne recevions que la 1. Une négociation compliquée pour obtenir un trop faible dédommagement par rapport au désagréments rencontrés. Un prix beaucoup trop élevé par rapport à la qualité des prestations. A ce prix, ce super cadre se devait d'être plus soigné. Nous étions 10 séniors, une petite rampe pour accéder dans la piscine aurait été bienvenue, et en intérieur, beaucoup de faux niveaux et escaliers difficiles rendant impossible l'accès handicapé (pas précisé à la résa). Nous n'avions pas de jeunes enfants, heureusement, car la sécurité autour de la piscine est inexistante et non conforme, de même pour la rambarde du pignon extérieur, avec de simples câbles très espacés. Une bonne négociation objective avec Cocoonr nous aurait permis de garder un meilleur souvenir d'un séjour qui s'est avéré malgré tout réussi grâce à notre bonne humeur et notre indulgence.
