Dislike : Poor House-keeping ( inadequate provision of toiletries, occasional floor towel absence, limited offerings at the coffee bar, cups & spoons left unwashed & poorly timed bed turn-down service
This hotel lived up to the 5 stars. The rooms and especially bathrooms were clean and updated, rainwater shower head, clean and new toilets, and all the amenities. The food in the restaurant mynt was exceptional. Would likely recommend and stay again.
Hotel is quite average. Electric systems are outdated. The bathroom door keeps banging against you so you can't stand in front of the sink. There is some voltage problem in Thiruvananthapuram maybe so chargers don't work at night. Overall 3 star hotel at best and room is definitely overcharged. Do not expect 5 star amenities here.
On may 26th, we wete supposed to ck in at 3pm, but after a simple request, they accomodated us at 9am with a charge ofcourse. That was awesome.
The staff at the front desk, Mr. Nizam ( operations manager ), the restaurant staff, Ajit & Manish went above & beyond their duties to make sure we are doing good & comfy. Vivanta is truly blessed to have these beautiful people as their staff. They need help, please see they get the help. Thank you for a very comfy stay.
I have only 1 gripe. Your TV channels & your remote control layouts suck. There are no good movie channels for english speaking people.
