The doors (interior and exterior) malfunction or stick. During a power outage on 11/11 lasting several hours, there were no emergency lights in the room or hallway and no communication from hotel management. Very concerning and disappointing.

Disappointed
The only reason I’m not giving a 1 was because the bed/pillow was comfortable. The WiFi kept goin out or having us reconnect every so often. The fireplace didn’t work at first but eventually someone came up to fix it. Then the hot tub was extremely loud when it was working but it turned off after just a few minutes and would not turn back on until we eventually gave up on it, dried off and layed down then it turned on on its own out of nowhere making loud noises again. Also on our first day the power went out for a while. All in all I do not plan on returning to this hotel.

The hotel is nice. Outdoor pool closed for the season and hot tub was originally closed but the management did turn it back on. The exercise room is very small and you must ask the front desk for the key needed to use the tread mill and then go back and ask for the code to use the sauna. I used room towels when I used the sauna and the next day I was limited to the number of towels to one per person. Use the pool towels for exercise and hot tub but again you must ask for them at the front desk. I assume they have had problems with guests stealing the towels and taking the exercise machine key. But, it was kind of annoying to me. Anyway the hotel is nice and they offer a large breakfast for your start to a morning of hiking at the National Park. Down the street is a market to get all the things you need along with a pizza place. I liked the food truck further down the road towards the park. You need a car.

The place itself was average, the door to the building we stayed in, didn’t really work properly so it was always a hassle to get in.. the front desk guy who checked us in really made me uncomfortable. During the breakfast time, we were questioned if we were even staying there, by him. In front of the room of people and made me state my first and last name which I thought was un professional and honestly weird. We were there for 3 nights.. so I felt like that was ignorant. No one else was questioned.. also when we checked in, was asked if we wanted the room cleaned etc, we said yes. It was never cleaned in 3 days. Ran out of toilet paper. Clean towels. Etc. I never write reviews, but I feel like people should know. I plan to frequent three rivers a lot in the future but I would not ever stay here ever again.
