I stayed at this hotel because it advertised comfort and reliable internet — neither were true. The bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on, old and hard as a rock (room 138). The internet stopped working my second day, leaving me with one bar of reception and completely unable to work. When I called the front desk, they first denied there was a problem, then admitted it was down and never fixed it for the rest of my stay. I even have pictures showing the outage. The next day, they tried to gaslight me about it, and the manager refused to speak with me or Expedia to resolve the situation. When you’re in a remote area, internet access and a decent bed aren’t luxuries, they’re essentials!! If your “comfortable” beds are decades old and your “high-speed internet” doesn’t exist, be honest about it upfront. This was a terrible experience and a complete disappointment.

Convenient option leaving Sequoia National Park. Carpet in room was very dirty retaining mud from guests shoes. Bed was lumpy. Friendly staff. Variety of breakfast foods, mostly high processed items.

We stayed 1 night but found the hotel clean and comfortable. The room had a large fridge and coffee maker. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it was clean and a nice space to relax. Quite a large area for breakfast and there was a variety of hot/ cold items on offer but the area was busy. Some restaurants and a grocery store (expensive) within walking distance - we had takeout pizza which was very good.

It was a basic hotel and very expensive for the type of hotel. I guess its all about location. Our room was big and clean, but very worn and not been updated in awhile. Also, feels they they put some cost cutting in weird places. The bathroom had a timer for the light, which is annoying when you are in the shower washing your hair and BOOM darkness.

Overall, we had a clean room on the first level. We brought a small dog with us and there were no pet odors at all in the room. The only negative was that the sink was clogged but other than that, our overnight stay was smooth. The staff was kind and there was plenty of parking.

The lady at check in was direct and not friendly. The hot water for the shower was lukewarm at best and there were dead gnats/bugs above the shower. Overall it was fine for a quick overnight trip, but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel itself was absolutely fine, the room was large, well equipped and everywhere was clean. Breakfast was included though this was fairly basic with no healthy and nutritious options. For dinner options you really needed to drive because although places in Three Rivers are within walking distance, there is no sidewalk on the road through town and it would be unsafe to walk in the dark because of traffic
