WORST STAY EVER! When we arrived there was a notice advising there will not be power between 9pm-6am. Before checking in we asked for how long the power would be out and we were told about an hour and accepted. What really happened was that the power went out from 10pm thru 8am. We had no light, AC and no water. We had plans to wake up early and continue with our journey thru Sequioa Park. With no AC we had very bad sleep, we couldn’t shower, had to bring water from the pool in a trash can so we can use the toilet, we used bottled water to brush our teeth, use whatever battery we had left on our phones to provide light, of course breakfast offered wasn’t available, our plans were delayed and after that they had the audacity of charging full price!!! Almost $300!!! of course we asked for a refund and they told us they would. After a couple days of not getting our refund, we called them and they decided that they couldn't provide full refund and only authorized a $70 courtesy refund. Really?! They wanted us to pay more than $200 for carrying water from the pool?! That’s not a “courtesy” that's an INSULT!! Their excuse was that they had warned us of the power outage, but we agreed for the hr that the employee advised not the entire night and morning.They should be taking responsibility for the inconvenience and not making us paying for a service that wasn’t provided, it’s been more than a month now a not even the “courtesy”has been refunded, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!
