Due to the area this place has so much potential but falls short due to it needing some updated remodeling. The rooms are outdated and look dirty. As if they’ve gone through a few years of heavy stuff. There is a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in our room. Although it’s non-smoking. Benefit across the street is a market, some restaurants and is fairly close to the entrance to the national park (about 10 mins). Only stayed one night.

I won't sleep in someone else's sweat

The ladies at the front desk were more than pleasant but the condition and cleanliness of the room was beyond disappointing. Mold and dirt in the shower, peeling paint on the ceiling and the smell of body odor in the bed are unacceptable... and at this price it adds insult to injury. We travel often and stay in remote areas and small towns often so we are used to various types of accommodations but cleanliness isn't negotiable. I ended up booking another room 20 miles away and stayed at another hotel forfeiting my fee payed for an unacceptable room.

This hotel was only 7 miles from the gate of Sequoia NP sovery convenient. Breakfast was good but breakfast space was crowded. Water pressure in shower was awful and shampoo was completely empty-of course figured that out once in the shower. We would stay again just because of the convenience. Check in took forever because only 2 people working the desk, sometimes only 1

Internet was slow to connect. Breakfast and pool area excellent. Rooms large however bathroom not the cleanest nor updated. Beds good but pillows a bit lumpy and soft. Staff was overwhelmed at front desk. Would stay again but mostly for convenience to Sequoia National Park.

There are very few choices in this area for lodging. The hotel is loud, as we can hear people next to and above us. The air conditioner smells like mildew and the carpet and furnishings are old.

Breakfast was #1, the best. The internet access was ridiculous, you had to sign in every time you used it. Two ladies at check in, one was very friendly and efficient. The one I had was rude, very short one word answers, and acted very much like she would rather be somewhere else. In the room, the sink was clogged and the toilet had an internal leak and was continually running. Sorry I did not get the names of the lady staffers.

An okay stay

Three Rivers is right at the doorstep of Sequoia National Park, which is very convenient. The hotel was pricey though, and our room was advertised as having a ceiling fan (which it did not have). It had no extra amenities-very basic-and breakfast was crowded with not enough seating. A fine place, but not special. The town closes up early and we had a hard time finding dinner. We finally ate from a food truck, and this after parking in a place we weren't supposed to because we couldn't find any other parking.
