Lovely apartment with pool in Puerto del Carmen!
Lovely, bright apartment with everything you need for a stay in the sun. Near enough to the bars, restaurants and beach but not at all noisy!Would definitely recommend.

We have just stayed in this apartment for 10 nights, the complex was for us everything we wanted.Checking in was easy even though we arrived early,it was clean and comfortable with everything we needed we will definitely book again.

Perfect for us
We brought our granddaughter for her first Christmas stay in Lanzarote the apartment was great for us 2 bedrooms and good size living room and front patio by the pool.Dolores and the owner were there on arrival to show us how everything worked. Everything we needed for our weeks stay was there. Friendly neighbours and clean complex also we felt very secure in a nice quiet area with short walk to the front of Puerto del carmen. Dolores came when we were leaving to check we had enjoyed our stay and for return of keys. We would definitely return.Thank you both

The open plan living/kitchen was spacious. The tv be warned has only Spanish and German. I took my fire stick as I read previous review. Double bedroom had plenty of draw/hanging space but bedroom for two singles had no drawers. Take your own coat hangers as there was only16 to share between 4 people. The bathroom could do with a good scrub. Especially round edges. Maybe I’m being to picky.

Lovely apartment
A group of 4 had a stay in this lovely apartment for a long weekend to watch our friends compete in Ironman Lanzarote. Two roomy bedrooms, large living area and pool access in a quiet area. The front where all the main restaurants and bars are is only a 5 minute walk away. We were met at the apartment by the lovely Dolores and her husband. They had very kindly done a small shop for us which included a few beers, fruit and snacks. A very nice, unexpected bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the property and was met by the property manager. This was our third visit to this property so we were looking forward to the break. The property manager told us that we should have had a welcome pack, ie fruit etc but we didnt get any as 'the shop was shut'. The property manager then told us that the satellite TV was not working (for UK programs) and that the property owner had no intention of sorting the problem. So, we sat each evening with no TV at all. The listing clearly states satellite TV. Our next problem was the blue hand and bath towels. They all smelt musty so ended up just using one of the 'beach towels'. Overall, after having 2 previous visits that went well, we were very disappointed on this visit.

What a find! Lovely apartment, every amenity you need, including sun loungers and very much needed parasol. Dolores always prompt answering queries. Super friendly quiet complex, 5 minutes walk from bars and restaurants. We will definitely return.

Best stay in Lanzarote
First time staying at an apartment in Lanzarote compared to staying in hotels normally this was better than a hotel 100%, the location was very good near all the shops within a 5 minute walking distance and also near the beach which was also good, the pool at the complex was very good as well, the inside of the apartment was lovely and felt you were at home away from home it was so clean and no more you could ask for.i would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a quite place cause this does check off the boxes and I can't wait to stay here again.

The property is in a great location, only a 7 minute to the main strip and sandy beaches. Plenty of shops and eating places to choose from. Local buses and taxis run regular services if you want to explore the island. l would have given a 5, but because we are elderly and had a 3 week stay we had nights in. The problem with this was there was a dog barking for some time every night.

Had a great stay at the apartment. Fantastic location to the strip with plenty of free parking if you hire a car. The apartment was well equipped and in a quiet location. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and tidy and was ready at 11am for us which we was happy , Road was busy at night but we were sleeping earlier , need €1 coins for air conditioning meter which is fair considering charges for power these days Pool was lovely , had to ourselves , would go again

Had a lovely stay at these apartments, close to all amenities, shops,restaurants,bars just 5 minutes walk away 😊 pool was lovely in the heat wave that we were having, lots of friendly people around, will definitely be going again. Everything you need for a great vacation.

Positives..very clean & spacious. Has everything you could possibility need. Very helpful manager if you need her. Little, well stocked shop near by with long opening hours. 10 minutes walk to town/casino area. Big fridge/freezer. Great, easy to get into pool. Negatives...some apartments look a bit rough andd there was loud music coming from some of them til late for a couple of nights. The water is scalding hot so take care. Negatives...

My wife and I stayed here for 18 nights from 3rd to 21st July to for our 50th wedding anniversary. We were met by Doloras who was very helpful checking us in and we were pleasantly surprised that she had provided wine & chocolates in the fridge to celebrate our anniversary. The apartment is spotless clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent with many bars and restaurants on the strip less than 5 minutes away. It is a secure private complex with many of the residents living on site. The pool is right outside and with the very hot weather it was a perfect temperature to cool down. The pool maintenance man came and cleaned the pool most days and kept the gardens well watered. The only fault that we encountered was neighbours above kept playing very load music that kept thumping through from above. I contacted Marcial to advise of this and he very kindly sent his son, Alesandro round to speak with them and they did turn the sound down but turned up again a few days later. This is the only problem that we had and we tried hard not to let it spoil our stay. The apartment has two decent sized bedrooms and plenty of storage space including a safe in one of the wardrobes. Many thanks for having us.

Perfect stay
From booking to arriving the experience was easy. The communication from the owner was spot on. On arrival we were met by Dolores, she gave us a tour, showing us how everything worked etc. The apartment was just as the photos,lovely and spacious, clean and very well located. The pool is literally right outside. It was cold but not horribly freezing, refreshing. There are a few pools, one further down to the left, perfect for swimmers and another across the road where the complex continues. The complex is quiet, just what we had hoped for. The people staying either side were lovely, the guy next door is a permanent resident who is full of great information and a lovely guy to chat too. Everyone was super friendly who walked by. It was a secure complex, a key is needed to get in and out. Apartment has an alarm system, safe and air con(1 euro for over an hour) the kitchen was well stocked and plenty towels had also been provided. The beds were so comfy, we were so relieved. The location is superb. 5 min walk from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Plenty to choose from for all appetites. We had a great week and will definitely book again.
