Excellent location, a few blocks down the hill to the center of town and the beach. The property though doesn't feel like it's in the middle of town. Staff were friendly and excellent!

Great place owners need some customer service help
Washington is amazing at front desk and the breakfast crew were great too. Owners could spend more time fixing up the place with fresh paint or getting rid of the ant problem around the pool instead of micromanaging things like reorganizing a cheese tray. Oh and a hello/smile to their guests wouldn’t hurt either

Great unique stay
My stay here was excellent and it started off with Washinton who made my stay mist welcome. He told me if theres anything I need not to hesitate. He went above and beyond my expectations. I actually tbink he should be owner of the Pousada as i saw the owners who are gay and im a gay male myself barely even acknowledge their guests. I thougt this was rude. I dont need a lot of attention but at least a "bom dia" even the cleaning ladies in passing looked you in the eye and said "bom dia". The breakfast was amazing! Especially the tall guy and girl who worked the omlete station. In the main building everything worked great! I had to move to a chalet last day where i had roaches and big ones and also things broken in shower. All in all a great stay and woukd stay again because of the staff and not the owners. Owner please bw nicer to your guests and workers and a smile doesnt hurt either.

everything was great except the receptionist
we went as a couple for 4 nights and had a wonderful time there until a receptionist named Washington slipped a paper with his phone number to my wife hands while I was checking out. Hiring such a disrespectful person to such a great pousada is extremely unfortunate and they should fire him as soon as possible.

Good stay
Excellent hotel: beautiful, colorful, creative design on the common areas and a great use of the space and good, healthy breakfast. The suite was beautiful, roomy with a large balcony, the bed was king size, comfortable and romantic. Overall, a good stay. My only complains are that the hotel is not too close to the beach, and best beaches in the area are not the beach close to the hotel: Baia dos Golfinhos is a 30 minute walk (it's only accessible by foot) and Praia do Madero (we had to take a van there). However, the hotel is close to most of the places you'd want to go at night: downtown and a lot of fantastic shops, restaurants and bars. Also, the TV went off sometimes and the hot water in the shower wasn't a constant. Later at night, we only got tepid water. BUT, overall, the hotel was really fantastic and Pipa was great.

Recomendo
Hospedagem charmosa, acolhedora, com ótima localização e atendimento. Fica pertinho do centro, mas ressalto que Pipa tem ruas íngremes. O acesso ao centro, saindo da pousada, tem uma rua com declive. Sobre o quarto: A cama é super confortável e o quarto é amplo. Achei um tanto estranho o banheiro. O sanitário e a ducha não são integrados. Creio que p uma família com crianças, seja um tanto desconfortável, pois a ducha só possui box, não há porta p dar privacidade ao ambiente. Sobre o lado externo: Possui duas piscinas, mas não são aquecidas. O espaço da pousada é lindo, com móveis rústicos, jardim bem cuidado, espreguiçadeiras confortáveis, iluminação encandecente à noite, cantinho de leitura e café da manhã variado. Voltaremos mais vezes.

Muito bom
1) Conforto e qualidade dos quartos: a acomodação ofereceu um bom conforto e qualidade. 2) Limpeza e organização: a pousada apresentou uma boa limpeza, contudo algumas partes de alvenaria precisam ser renovadas (paredes descascando ou mal pintadas). 3) Serviços e comodidades: os serviços e comodidades foram bem prestados, sendo o café da manhã excelente, pois era do tipo buffet, tendo opção para todos os gostos. 4) Localização: A localização é boa, pois nem está muito próxima da rua principal (movimentada) e nem está tão longe, bastando caminhar alguns metros para chegar na área central. 5) Atendimento: a equipe foi atenciosa e prestativa. Parabéns a todos. 6) Custo-benefício: valeu muito a pena e com certeza eu ficaria novamente no mesmo lugar.

Bom hotel, mas a supervisora nem tanto
O quarto e banheiro são confortáveis, muito verde, tranquilo. Nota 10 para o café da manhã e a funcionária Karla é excepcional. Já a supervisora Rose deixa a desejar no quesito resiliência, meu quarta não foi limpo nenhum dia dos quatro que estive lá, pois os meus pets teriam que está fora, todas as vezes que solicitei a limpeza, ela disse que os funcionários já estavam ocupados limpando outras unidades e não poderiam fazer no período da tarde, só que os chalés da minha direita e esquadra foram limpos a tarde, ao fazer a reclamação, a mesma deu a desculpa que eram funcionários da cozinha. Quando fui falar com o dono da propriedade, o mesmo se passou de funcionário da TI, dizendo que não poderia me ajudar! Lamentável

A estadia foi ótima, a pousada e mto aconchegante, bem arborizada.Quarto espaçoso. O café da manhã é bem variado e muito saboroso. O pessoal muito atencioso. A única observação é o mal cheiro que estava retornando na pia do banheiro, isso incomodou bastante meu marido até que tampamos e isolamos a pia. E usamos a outra que tinha no quarto.
