Just would like a little heads up next time if the room is not ready. Be free to call or text if running a little behind. Absolutely not. The previous reviews are very misleading. The reviews led me to believe it would be nice enough for our short stop, to rest on a long drive. There were dead bugs and worms all over the floor, toilet seat wasn't attached, everything was worn and stained, bedding had holes in it, etc. The beds were hard and springy so I pulled up the sheets to look at the condition and they were also yellow and nasty. For almost 100 bucks a night, I thought I had been punk'd. My teenager didn't even want to sleep in the bed and he can sleep anywhere. The pro is the convenience to the interstate. Front desk guy was friendly enough but it took awhile.

Property was misrepresented in description. It said it was renovated and what was pictured is not close to the room we had. I did not feel comfortable/safe when I walked into a very small area where the desk clerk was behind glass.

I hope I can post pictures here this place was so nasty. The walls were stained with dirt. The linen was stained every day the was rags were not white they were dirty off white. The tub floor was dirty with almost black on the bottom. Our light over the sink was not working. They told us almost daily that someone would come to fix the light no one ever did and we stayed 9 nights due to the recent hurricane we had. The coffee maker in our room was broke. They gave us another one and it worked kinda. The coffee was hot and weak. They only make coffee in the morning in the lobby and they do not serve breakfast, nothing!! Found 3 roaches. No towels for the pool. No clock in room, I found the phone behind our bedside table unplugged and nasty. Pool full of bugs. Only one ice machine. Cigarette holes on the bed quilt. Bed protector stained. Pillow stained and not hotel quality.a stranger came to my door after midnight knocking to see if I wanted a beer. One group of Latino men were drinking and had their Latino music playing loud woke us at 2:30 am. I called the front desk then had to call the police to make them stop with their drinking blaring music. I was shocked that was going on at a hotel. I tried to explain my complaints to the owner she didn’t listen and walked off to great her family that was visiting. Trust me if there was any other vacant rooms we would have never stayed here I’ve never lived in such a filthy environment. Hotel staff don’t care. They look down on you.

Burn holes in comforters, stained sheets, no replacement linens available, a cot was requested and confirmed only to be told that they don't have cots upon arrival, holes in walls, gross stains on drapes, unclean refrigerator, tough to communicate with anyone due to lack of english speaking employees from check in to room service, key had to be replaced frequently due to it no longer working. Pool was nice but unheated.
