"Well it was as always indeed a very nice stay.. The only issue I think need to be addressed by the hotel management is the condition of the mattresses as they have sagged around the pillow / neck area till waist due to over usage maybe, we had to literally sleep the by keeping pillows on the other ..."

"Very clean, comfortable and well-located hotel. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the taxi pick-up for the next leg of our break and the staff were incredibly supportive and kind and made sure that we were comfortable even though we had checked out."
