The property is beautiful and well maintained. Staff and security are very nice and friendly. Food and drinks delicious. Finding where to check in was confusing since theres no signs to guide you. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Place is beautiful but the rooms have sewer problems. They upgraded our room on the third day because we couldn’t take the smell anymore and it solved the problem. We went for breakfast and they ran out of coffee. They don’t have a lobby to check in. It’s awkward to check in at the restaurant. Staff is nice.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this beautiful property, we somehow missed the property is in a pre-opening phase. The reception desk is located in the middle of their beautiful restaurant, there is no actual check in lobby (it hasn’t been built yet, according to staff), we had to wait by the pool (our choice, we thought is was a bit awkward to be seating in the restaurant while other guests were eating) our checking was at 3, we got in our room about 3:40 pm. Once we were in our room, the AC was not working, so after talking to the front desk twice, they send someone to fix the AC. Once the maintenance left, we tried to use the restroom and the restroom door did not close, the bottom part of the door was too wide and simply did not close. I talked to the front desk, they send a maintenance guy, then three maintenance guys took off the door and had to shaved the side of the door until the door was able to closed. At this time, it was after 5 pm, we decided to go get something to eat, while they fix the door, we came back at 8 pm or so and the front door was left wide open, apparently the last maintenance guys forgot to close to the door. Both days, the key had to be reprogrammed to open our door. There were several type of bugs in our room, no trash bin in the room, no hangers in the closet. Water from the sink and shower, had sewer like smell. Property has potential, staff is attentive and friendly, I hope they can fix all the issues.

Our stay at Bellafer Collection Hotel & Resort in Playas de Rosarito was a mixed experience, balancing between some setbacks and pleasant moments. We were informed that check-in was at 3 PM. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 5 PM, our room was not ready. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we finally received our room key. Despite this hiccup, we were eager to settle in and enjoy our stay. After changing, we headed to the poolside area for some food and drinks. Although the service was slow, the quality of both the food and beverages made up for the wait. The pool, approximately 5 feet deep, is ideal for non-swimmers and casual lounging. The area also features two jacuzzis and plenty of lounging spots, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Later, when we returned to our room to shower, we noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the drainage. This was a minor inconvenience, but the overall room was nicely furnished and provided access to a terrace where we could hang out and enjoy the view. For dinner, we opted to sit again poolside by the fireplace. The food was outstanding, making for a delightful dining experience. Overall, our stay was okay, considering that the hotel is preparing for its grand opening. Once they iron out the initial kinks, I believe Bellafer Collection Hotel & Resort has the potential to offer a fantastic experience.

En definitiva un excelente hotel 5 estrellas para relajarse, su personal muy amable, servicial y siempre al pendiente. Habitaciones limpias, huelen súper rico y con un muy buen espacio para relajarse. Cuentan con un restaurant de lujo donde todo lo que probamos estaba delicioso. En definitiva volveremos para poder disfrutar de los atardeceres con la vista al mar y relajarse en la alberca sin pasar frío porque la mantienen con agua caliente. Gracias equipo de Bellafer

Es un hotel de 5 estrellas con una impresionante vista al mar en su restaurante con muy buenos alimentos y muy buen servicio. Todo excelente, muy seguro en Rosarito y muy cerca de San Diego. Ademas organizan muy buenas fiestas y eventos como el de Halloween. Definitivamente volveremos!!!!

He estado en diferentes hoteles en la baja, creo que este es el mejor hotel de la zona, sus instalaciones son de primera, su habitación y servicio son excelentes, sus albercas climatizadas, sus alimentos… carnes y mariscos muy frescos y excepcionales. Todo un hotel de 5 diamantes. Felicidades a todo el equipo de Bellafer, sus concierge, valet parking, todos son muy atentos y serviciales. Gracias!!!! Volveremos pronto.

El establecimiento está hermoso, los recepcionistas y el valet parking muy amables como serviciales pero desafortunadamente tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la seguridad de la entrada principal del fraccionamiento. No dejaron entrar a nuestro chofer aún cuando el conductor se identificó con ellos y dijo que solo estaba ahí para recoger a huéspedes. Pero lo peor, aún cuando el guardia de seguridad del hotel y encargados del hotel dieron la orden de dejarlo entrar porque nosotros lo estábamos esperando por èl. Desafortunadamente, esto arruinó nuestro día porque llegamos tarde a nuestras reservaciones que teníamos hechas con anticipación. Si esto seguirá siendo un problema, creo que tendremos que pensar dos veces antes de volver a reservar en Bellafer un bonito lugar pero;

Here’s the translation: We stayed at this hotel over the weekend, and the experience was simply wonderful. The place is incredible, and the rooms are super comfortable. The staff was exceptional, always very attentive. The restaurant is spectacular, and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!
