Disappointing needs more customer care
Information from Hotels.com at time of booking was incorrect both on the price of a bottle of Champagne upon arrival (more than quoted) and Hotels.com said the restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday evening, the hotel is actually short staffed on both those days so only a very few spaces, it was however fully booked, so on a 3 night stay we had to leave the hotel and find a local restaurant for 2 of the 3 nights, considered this very poor.
The restaurant food isnt that well presented, I had fillet steak and it was very tough! Breakfast was a constant quest asking for the coffee pot to be re filled or for more scrambled egg. This morning a new batch of scrambled egg arrived which was stone cold. The restaurant is the most disappointing aspectn of the hotel and the reason we would never book here again.
Hotel needs to be more customer care focussed in my view.
